Arlington, Massachusetts is a Mix of the Old and Brand New

We have lived in Massachusetts our whole lives. When we got married, we were looking online for nice Cambridge MA apartments. We found the Arlington 360 apartments in nearby Arlington. It is only about 18 minutes away by car from Cambridge. That is a short commute. This place has been settled since 1635. It used to be part of Cambridge. There is a wealth of history in Arlington alone. A long time ago it was called Menotomy, and it is where Paul Revere did his ride on horseback yelling, “The British are coming!”

Growing up it was kind of weird living in the area where so many movie plots about early American history were about. Some of the buildings have been here for a very long time, but there are other areas, such as where our apartment is at in Arlington, that are completely new and modern. I don’t think an apartment community could be more modern than the Arlington 360 apartments. It is a smoke-free place, and the apartments are really nice. This residential development project in Arlington is practically brand new. You can tell as soon as you drive onto the grounds. The buildings are all access controlled, and that is a nice security feature.

We have a garage for our vehicles, and we are really close to the Minuteman Trail that we use for exercise practically every single day. Our place allows pets too. The limit for dogs is two that are under 85 pounds. That is pretty liberal as many places only let in smaller dogs that have much less maximum for weight. We have enjoyed it here with our two dogs and all of the scenic walking trails that are pretty much right outside our door. It is a nice place to live, we like our neighbors, and may I emphasize again that this apartment complex is new!
